Tim and Jo, what can I say, you have done something for me that I would never have dreamt of doing before and wouldn't have been capable of achieving on my own. I had a hope as to how I would look and you surpassed that many times over achieving a look that I would never have thought possible. A real draw for me was the prospect of a night out in the form of an escorted trip. You gave me the confidence to step out in considerable style and knowing that I looked absolutely fantastic (no vanity here - purely Jo's skill with the brushes!). Tamara reassured me that everything would seem incredibly normal although understood that I was going to be a little nervous. The fact Tamara takes new girls out on a weekly basis gave me confidence I was in safe hands. We spent the most fantastic six hours touring the hotspots of Soho and my confidence grew rapidly realizing this was something I could do and have some fun with. Tamara’s reassurance was incredible, at no time did I feel unsafe or threatened, the people of Soho are amazing and so accepting and we rapidly became mini celebrities in one of the bars. If we had been out as two guys we would never have spoken to as many people as we did that night and I even got chatted up by a 5'6" stockbroker (I'm 6'5" by the way!). Tamara described this as "accelerated crossdressing" and I certainly feel I experienced many months worth of "coming out" all in one evening! I have to say you have really started something, now that Cyndi has a voice she wants to get out there and meet people. Once you experience The Fourth Space there really is no going back. I know there are many other makeover services out there but this is so much more. You made me feel valued and at no point did I feel like a customer which means such a lot. I'll certainly be back for more.

I am so sorry for not having sent you a message of thanks sooner. Typical of me - I have been trying to write a glowing testimonial and gushing on and on instead of doing the important thing and just simply writing to say thank you for the most amazing and wonderful day. I will always remember 12th July as Elle's "birthday" - the day she stepped properly into the world for the first time (and definitely not the last!). The moment you had completed the makeover, slipped the hair in place, and I took the courage to open my eyes and see Elle looking back at me was an incredible experience. I had no real idea what she would look like, but when I saw her I knew who she was and she knew herself - all the pieces slotted together. I was very concerned about how I would look, but given what you had to work with (no - not fishing for compliments!) you did an incredible job to give me a femme face and form that I could bear to look at. The rest of that day was such a delight, trying on all the lovely clothes, and stepping as a model in front of Tim's camera - it was several hours later that I suddenly realised I had been transported to a place that was a million miles from my daily cares and worries. The release of tension, coupled with the feeling of fulfilling a long cherished dream buoyed me (girled me?) up for days. I had originally expected that I would need a few photos that didn't show my features for posting to my Flickr pages - partly so that no-one could recognise me by accident, or that I was likely to look so awful that I couldn't bear to show them to any but close CD/TV friends. I was so delighted, and Tim was right - the chance of anyone recognising me, especially out of context are so low as to not warrant concern. I know I'm not in the first flush of youth by any means, but I am happy that the femine images you blessed me with where of a standard that I was able to feel proud to show them.... blush - and I got so many compliments from my online friends .. really surprised ... "Elle - is that REALLY you?? OMG!!! - you so pretty!" - talk about being on cloud 9! So - Elle has stepped out from an entirely virtual and imaginary place into the real world, and will be "stepping out" again. I will be in touch after the holidays as part of my goal to get out and enjoy some quality girl time in town this Autumn!! I must be honest - I had hoped this would be a life defining moment .. the phrase "be careful what you wish for .... " springs to mind! But truly, without regret, thank you so so much for your kindness, help, sweetness and support last Monday. I will always be grateful.

I was over in London and decided to make an appointment with JoJo and Tamara at The Fourth Space, this wasn't my first visit to a dressing service but I have to say I felt so welcome here from the pick up at the station to the fabulous 5 hours I spent in their house...Their range of clothes are so up to date and you can try on whatever you wish with the helping hand of JoJo,,,she has a great eye to pick what suit you and to match accessories to suit,her make up skills are second to none and with the help of Tamara and the camera they make a great team...I intend to return and next time maybe a escorted trip out under their Option 1, Tamara droped me back to the station and I must say I really recommend the Fourth Space even for my age group (over 50's)....Thanks

Most often the importance of things is only revealed by hindsight. To relish the significance of the moment is a rare luxury. So when I saw the first test shot off Tim's camera and it showed how good I could look, I was euphoric. After years of trying to express it myself, this image finally flattered the one of me in my mind. There can be no higher compliment to Tim and JoJo that they achieved this at all but especially with such brilliance, sensitivity and celebration. I stepped into their house wanting a better portfolio but I left with something far more valuable because my world is infinitely richer now for knowing two wonderful people who care to realise the best of me. Samantha – Make Up Lesson Top
My second session with the team at The Fourth Space.....and so this mature t-gurl arrives again at The Fourth Space to discover the wonder and skills of the magic art of makeup. The smiling welcome by JoJo and Tim dispels the nerves. JoJo looks stunning and the handsome Tim is ever courteous and efficient. Shown to the dressing room, Samantha's alter ego prepares for the coming lesson. As it seems inappropriate to spend four hours being beautified without wearing the appropriate clothes... Sam is sat facing the makeup mirror wearing lingerie under a pink silk peignoir. Ready, comfortable and eager to learn. I had asked JoJo to acquire a make up kit specific to me and as requested she has acquired the necessary 'kit'... and the cutest little make up bag with top of the line products is already laid out.... JoJo is poised with her eyebrows arched - she looks closely at her subject. Tim closes in with the camera. Each application is to be filmed in careful sequence... and close up... so that Samantha can repeat the operation when on her own. Clever foundation; powder - exact shade; powder puff - wonderfully girly; eyebrows delicately darkened and tapered; gentle 'almond' shape of darker colour on the eyelid; the false eyelashes (wow, what a difference!); the lower eyelid lined; blusher...all seamlessly and skilfully applied with a comprehensive explanation and running commentary. The change is dramatic... another persona is emerging.... The lips carefully pencilled in...then so skilfully 'painted' and glossed. The rate of change intensifies. And so, very dramatically, Sam's familiar face is diffused.. The long curly blonde and glossy hairpiece, which has been waiting seductively nearby, is carefully applied and gently tweaked.. a little dab of powder....and suddenly 'voila'... Samantha - this younger lady - is there..sitting in front of the mirror and smiling contentedly... a really truly amazing transformation! Then for a photo shoot. A black leather miniskirt, blouse, bejewelled necklace, spangly earrings and ribbon tie 4 inch stilettos complete the picture. Pose... flash, pose, flash again... stand here...smile... flash... chin up, smile again... What fun... what an experience(!).. Wonderful. Highly recommended. Try it and be stunned.

65 is a landmark birthday and with the recent death of my mother, I was in dire need of a morale boost. So, at my wife's suggestion I booked in for a makeover/ photoshoot with JoJo and Tim. A week has now passed since my session, in which time I have had ample time to reflect upon the experience. First I echo everything that others have already said. A delightful couple, a lovely home and a highly professional attitude, without losing their inherent niceness. In short a brilliant partnership. And it works. I am not surprised by the growing numbers of girls beating their path to their door with many coming from far flung corners of Europe and beyond. Their results are incredible. Every girl likes to feel they are unique and for me to see photos with the particular trademark signature of a studio, is a turn off. I don't want my photos to be readily compared with anybody elses, in the same setting and outfit... The beauty, and it is, I have seen in my photos and others from The Fourth Space, is that they could have been taken in any high class studio. It adds to the air of mystery...... and turns the reaction from rather dismissive "Oh, it's just another xxxxxxxxxxxx (name of studio) Girl' to the positive... "Where did you get those awesome photos" as is already being said to me. I reckon JoJo and Tim are going have an increasingly busy workload..... Deservedly so. Highly recommended.

I just wanted to say how much I thoroughly enjoyed today. Being a bit of a 'newbie' to cross dressing I am still finding my feet but today was absolutely marvellous. I felt really welcome and comfortable during the entire appointment. And the look you gave me was stunning! I never thought Rebecca could look so attractive and drop dead gorgeous! It was a real confidence booster and the whole appointment made me feel thoroughly 'chilled' - I can honestly say I felt very feminine. As for the photos! They are the cherry on the top - I couldn't wait to get home so I actually pulled over somewhere quiet on the way home just to look at the photos you had printed off! Having seen those I had to dash home to see the rest on my computer - they are wonderful. I can honestly say I have seldom spent a more enjoyable day in my life! Everything felt so right about the looks yo created and I loved your company. I want to make sure I see you again!
Rachel – Make Up Lesson and In House Shoot Top
I have worked with many different make up artists over the years, some of whom were exceptionally talented, but without question JoJo is the best. Her tutorial inspired and energized me, demonstrating a more natural and feminine look which I am so much more happier with. Thanks to her fashion and modeling background, she came up with a look that was dramatic and striking while avoiding any hint of drag queen. It has inspired me to take my look into a more fashionable direction, as my knowledge of contemporary fashion is even patchier than my knowledge of contemporary pop music, this may prove a little challenging. Then it was the photo shoot, where a pasty scrawny middle-aged man got a chance to live out his deluded supermodel fantasies. Tim / Tamara has a killer eye for the the perfect shot combined with the most unique and priceless quality a photographer could have, empathy. He knows exactly what it is like to be in front of that camera, what it demands of you, what your needs are and simply how much fun it all is. I wasn't quite on form that day and was struggling getting my facial expressions right but knowing how important it was JoJo gave me some top modeling advice and Tim took picture after picture until I finally nailed it. The Fourth Space is a service of the very highest quality even down to the tiniest detail, they do not compromise or cut any corners. You want a special and magical experience and they will work damn hard to make it so. The whole building is so beautiful and stylish, the walls decorated with many fabulous photographic prints. Whether you are a novice who wants a glimpse of what her true potential could be or a more experienced girl who wants to experiment with new looks and wants to try moving out of her stylistic comfort zone, Fourth Space cannot be recommended highly enough. Will be back soon for my pro shoot at the new studio and a night out. Tim is a lovely chap and I am dying to meet the gorgeous Tamara.

Thanks for a superb Saturday, what can I say, another brilliant day that went so quickly. Your style over concept is a great idea, allowing me to have a perfect makeover and then trying on superb clothes and giving me the confidence to look good in them. you have to offer , there is nothing else like it. I'm definitely hoping to get that French Connection sequined dress, I love it , it's calling me already!! From the moment I arrived I felt totally at ease discussing my t-girl existence. This is the first time I have confided such detail that I have kept to myself for many years. I feel wonderful knowing that I am not alone. The combination of being made up by a beautiful female and photographed by a male who himself is a Tgirl gave me an exceptional experience that I will cherish for many years to come. In essence you have a winning combination, a beautiful make up artist, a photographer who is a t-girl and an excellent location which is exceptionally clean, tidy and fit for purpose. I loved the whole experience and the 6 hours was too short with the time just disappearing; I just enjoyed the whole ambience. I will be back.

I cannot thank you both enough for such a wonderful time. From the moment I was picked up to the airport to the moment I was dropped off, you looked after me like royalty! Everything about the day was perfect and even the sun was shining! Jo has such a special talent with make up and her advice during the photo shoot was incredible! Every second of the shoot was a complete thrill and even after all that, there was still the night out to look forward to! Tamara was sensational company and we had an absolute ball in London dancing the night away, as well as being fortunate enough to meet two lovely dancers who taught us some devastating moves for the next time Lady Gaga comes on in a club! Just wanted to let you know that I have arrived home, a little later than planned, but I had to show my friends the incredible photos of a superb day. Funnily enough when I walked in to my apartment, my female neighbour detected some eye make up and wanted to see the photos - actually she had no choice! - and she is stating that the photos are brilliant. I have not had this feeling since 14th April 2004 when Amber was started, its a hard feeling to describe- probably like scoring a goal in a major final , boy thing sorry - its close to perfection. I never thought this feeling was possible again. I want to emphasize how grateful I am for everything that you have made possible for me today and am so looking forward to building even further my relationship with the Fourth Space.

Like anybody would be in this position I was pretty nervous when I arrived at the airport to be picked up by Tim but, as cliche as it sounds, I felt comfortable almost right away. Tim seemed genuinely excited to meet me and also really welcoming and friendly. When we arrived at their home I met JoJo and they both made me feel extremely welcome. We had a cup of tea and a chat and then I got the opportunity to freshen up before the part I had been looking forward to for as long as I can remember, having my make up done by a woman that really knows what she is doing! Sometime ago I went to another dressing service and I can honestly say I have rarely been more disappointed. The application was done in about 20 minutes and made me look cheap and just as I was, a man trying to dress like a woman. This put me off for years. From time to time I have looked on line for another service but I have always been put off by the memory of my first time. I enjoy the feeling of being dressed and having myself fully made up but when I looked in the mirror and saw a man in make up staring back at me I actually just felt embarrassed and could not get changed fast enough. I do not feel like a man in drag when I dress, I like to feel girly and immerse myself completely into femininity but this is impossible to do when you know you really look nothing like a woman.
My experience with Tamara and JoJo was nothing like my first experience and I am so happy that I found The Fourth Space website unique enough to feel that it may be worth giving it another go. From the moment I sat in the make up chair (already in lingerie and silk robe) I knew this was going to be different. JoJo talked me though every step of the process, explaining what she was doing and why. She complimented me on the things that were good about me and gave me advice on how I could improve other areas. What impressed me the most was the care and attention that she took every step of the way. There is no doubt in my mind that she takes great pride in the final result and this came across the entire time I was sat in the chair. I can not compliment JoJo enough on how much work she put into my make up and I doubt she will ever realise how much of a difference this made to me especially after my previous experience. Once the make up was complete we spent some time looking through their extensive collection of clothes. I was looking for something young, sexy and fashionable (aren't we all) and I could have spent the rest of the evening in there trying on outfit after outfit although I would guess my false nails may have made this last several days. I now understand why it takes a woman so long to get ready!! :) Once my outfit was chosen we went down stairs and Tim/Tamara took about 150 photos of me. He has got some fantastic photography equipment and this clearly shows in the results. He gave me advice on how to pose and when to move how to smile etc etc. It was all made extremely easy and enjoyable. After Tim was made into Tamara and JoJo gave my make up an expert touch up we jumped into the car and headed into town for a night I will never forget. Tamara was an absolute pleasure to spend the night with and she was absolutely gorgeous! I had many expectations for the night out but I never expected to connect so easily with Tamara. It was such a pleasurable experience to be able to talk openly about things I have been feeling, and struggling with, all my life and to hear that someone else has been through it too. Tamara's confidence carried me along the entire night and had me feeling more comfortable than I ever could have hoped for on my first night out. It is clear that I could not recommend this service more highly and the whole experience has left me feeling so much more confident about myself and totally inspired to find the balance that I have been looking for my entire life.

As a rather mature 6ft 2" closet tranny, booking an appointment for a complete transformation at the hands of strangers was no mean project. Could I really 'make the grade' alongside the stunningly slim and pretty girls who graced the The Fourth Space website... oh dear .. don't be silly... not possibly...how foolish....however, I was now committed. I arrived at the charmingly elegant house on time and rang the bell. My heart was pounding - what was I doing? - and at my age too! I need not have worried. I was met at the door by Tim (a really gracious handsome smiling young gentleman) and ushered in to meet JoJo. Wow! She was 'drop dead' gorgeous, slim and truly elegant model. Beautiful. JoJo had such a winning, welcoming and relaxing smile - that I began to relax. We enjoyed a coffee whilst discussing what was to follow. Exciting. Thus I found myself undressing in the dressing room and coyly donning, bra, corset, suspenders and stockings. Sam was becoming Sammy. But not yet Samantha. That pleasure awaited as JoJo worked her magic in the makeup studio with powders, and potions, and eyelashes, and lipstick...explaining all as she worked..I was imbued with a lovely comfortable feeling. Tim produced several heavenly curly blonde wigs which he hung tantalisingly nearby for approval. He worked on my hands fitting false nails... the changing face in the mirror was now becoming seriously feminine..the eyelashes.. then the lipstick so carefully applied... Finally JoJo said - Sammy are you ready for this?.. And the crowning glory of the beautiful blonde wig was applied - it fitted perfectly, its bouffant curls flouncing seductively... Oh! ...out from the mirror stared Samantha.. smiling from ear to ear in seventh heaven. And stunned speechless. From there on the day was a kaliedoscope of fun decisions and action...down to the studio... all set up with lights and props...gosh.. all for moi? Pics, flash, pose, flash, flash,pose... then upstairs again - titivate the makeup.. Choices...this dress? That skirt ? That top ? These earings? Bracelets? Red stilettos.. Pose, flash,pose flash - smile (!) The results far exceeded this gurls highest expectations. The tiny chip with 180 pics clutched firmly.. the day was over.. but the memories are there in the pictures..to be treasured and viewed over and over. And two new friends - whose pleasure in their professional achievements was so wonderfully evident. Fun, friendly, encouraging - can't wait to do it again judge the results for your self... Highly recommended!.

As someone who is very comfortable with being transgendered and living part time as a female for 20 years for both work and socially, I never expected to use or need a dressing / makeup service that you find advertised on the internet. That is until I came across Tamara and Jo Jo at The Fourth Space who are so much more than this! I had some female intuition that this felt right from the start and this was confirmed when I spoke to Jo Jo for the first time - we chatted for 30 minutes naturally as if we were old friends. I was at a stage that every 40 year old woman gets to, wanting to develop a new look, a style change and advice from some one with discerning taste - this is what I found in abundance at The Fourth Space. The day was simply devine! - the most wonderful stylish home environment, excellent advice and styling that was specifically tailored for me and two people in Tamara and Jo Jo that even after one day I truely believe I can now call friends! It does not get any better than this and The Fourth Space is truly something very unique and at the top quality end of the market - I wish them all the success they deserve and can not wait to get another day with them.

What an experience for the discerning lady!!!! My initial "stage fright" was quickly dispelled in the warm welcome and a great rapport soon developed. The magnificent home is an ideal setting for what eventuated and the experience just got better when the dressing facilities were reached on the top floor. The meticulous and expert make up had me wondering if in fact it was me and the whole process was totally relaxed and enjoyable. It was by far the most professional transformation I have experienced and the results outstanding if I do say so myself!! Tim's photography skills match those of Jo in the make up department and his enthusiasm and ideas were infectious. The variety of shots and the quality of photos were first class. I incorporated an overnight stay and would thoroughly recommend this if possible. It was a terrific evening in a luxurious setting with two great people who are both trust inspiring and expert in what they do. My concluding thought....seize the moment! I most certainly will be back

I recently had my 3rd visit to The Fourth Space and although it is only 6 months since I first met JoJo and Tim I felt I have known them for ever...two lovelier warmer and more gracious people you wont find. As a real beginner on the cross dressing ladder they couldn't do more to put you at your ease and to reassure you. Their understanding and professional approach is so welcome and I simply feel great about what I do once inside the calm and tranquility of The Fourth Space. Their attention to detail at every stage of your makeover is unsurpassed - from JoJos amazing makeup skill to the process of finding the appropriate wardrobe, wigs and accessories is truly an amazing and satisfying experience. I have yet to venture out in public but feel sure with the support and caring that oozes from Jo Jo and Tim..that a night out with them both is certainly on the horizon...

Well, all I can say is that if you want one of the best experience of your life give TFS a call and allow JoJo and Tamara to make your dreams come true! A few minutes on the phone (preferable) or an email exchange will immediately put you at ease. I gave TFS a call whilst I was in London a few weeks ago and spoke to JoJo. Whilst she was unable to offer me an appointment at short notice her genuine concern and disappointment and the connection we made in that short phone call made me determined to make time to visit TFS. I am so happy that I did! TFS is the ultimate dressing experience, EVERYTHING from the venue to the clothes and ultimate result is FABULOUS. I cannot stop looking at the photos, they are amazing! The biggest difference is quite simple, JoJo and Tim/Tamara make you feel like the most special person in the world. Nothing is hurried and the attention to detail is amazing. I am already planning a return and I'm still on a high. JoJo and Tim/Tamara, thank you so much I cannot wait to see you again.

I visited Tim and JoJo last week for the first time and experienced the best day of Natalee`s life.
From the moment I arrived outside the beautiful venue ( Tim and JoJo`s mansion!), and made my nervous call to Tim asking where to park. I was soon put at ease as he told me he was the one waving madly at me from the window. On entering the house it was absolutely immaculate and luxurious. I was immediately put at ease by Tim and invited to join JoJo in the kitchen for a coffee. At this stage I must add that JoJo is a most stunning girl (sorry Tim but she is gorgeous!) and we all immediately struck up a relaxed conversation. Next it was upstairs to my dressing room where Tim explained the format of the day. A quick change into the silk robe and then into the make-up room where JoJo was waiting. Again every room in the house is immaculate which makes you feel you are in a special place. JoJo then started my make over by moisturising my skin, then explained all the steps of the make over asking my opinion on colours etc, of course I was so pleased to be there that I just smiled dumbly and asked JoJo to work her magic on me. This she did but far far beyond my greatest expectations, my make up and eyes in particular were absolutely stunning and when the four or five wig choices that they though would suit me came out I was actually mesmerised by my own image. All through the make over I was put completely at ease by two of the nicest people you are ever likely to meet and enjoyed Tim fussing around checking my progress and selecting hairstyles for me, attention to details really is first class. Next it was into the dressing room where Tim helped me get some shape, and we all selected the first of my many outfits for the photoshoot, a gorgeous black mini dress. I must add that the outfits at TFS are all stunning and lots of designer labels. You really get the feeling of class in everything about TFS. Next it was down to the ground floor where the studio had been set up, and after lots of advice from Tim and some delightful last minute hair and make up adjustments from JoJo it was lights camera action. Tim was snapping away like crazy, from the left, the right, up close, kneeling,- he really does cover every angle to get the best shots, all the while giving instructions "head up, chin down, shoulders back, hands on your hips, lean back" - confusing No, hard work yes, but the results are outstanding. I had three more dress and hair changes, and then back to the studio again each time for more modelling and shots. I don’t know where the 5 hours goes, but its time to go, without being rushed but not before JoJo had shown me the make up removal lotions and potions and inspected me to ensure all traces were gone. I then collected my disc from Tim with over 700 shots and bid the magicians Tim and JoJo goodbye. It was then back to the M25 on a Friday afternoon and you know what I did not even notice the traffic jams or the roadworks for I was still on cloud nine. I have been to other dressing services,but can honestly say nothing has even been in the same league as TFS, and as for Tim and JoJo they are proffessional, understanding, friendly and genuinely interested in you - and how they can make your day really special. You will arrive as a client and leave as a friend, and I have already booked my next visit in March.

I just wanted to thank JoJo and Tamara for the most wonderful of days. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left I was treated like a princess. To slip into a silk wrap and watch this woman appear in the reflection of the mirror - I still find it hard to believe that person is me! Lots of girly chat with JoJo - you just feel your worldly troubles drifting away, her make up skills are so detailed. Then the outfits, the gorgeous sexy dresses, the killer heels that all contribute to the most satisfying transformation. Then the wonderful photographic session, pouting and posing - what fun and what results!! Then the evening on the town with the gorgeous Tamara, my choice was bars and clubs, but I know every outing is personalised for the individual on a one to one basis. And last but not least that late night chat before slipping into a little silk negligee and floating off to girl heaven. There is only one downside to all this and that is getting changed in the morning and getting back to reality. The Fourth Space attention to detail is second to none, they are professional, caring and above all they always listen to the Clients needs. Their philosophy is that their girls should feel good about themselves, and it works. If you look gorgeous then you feel gorgeous, to walk into a bar and turn heads is every T Girls dream and they can make those dreams come true. It’s all about inner confidence, and their skill is about nurturing that inner confidence. I would recommend The Fourth Space to any T Girl, both novice and experienced, I can tell you girls it just doesn’t get any better than this, I will be back time and time again because rest assured every experience will be totally unique, and designed solely for my needs!! I had been experimenting for a number of years with different looks at home and at various 'dressing services' , but it wasn't until I visited The Fourth Space that I really came face to face with my female self. Still amazed one week later at the transformation performed by JoJo and Tim/Tamara, two of the nicest people you could wish to meet. Fantasic hair and makeup, a great wardrobe full of stylish outfits that actually fit (there's a first) ,damm fine coffee, great location -what more could a gal want?! Can't wait for a return visit..

Hi JoJo and Tim/Tamara (hope I get to meet Tamara as well someday) Wow... what a fabulous day I had. Thank you so very much :) I had such great fun and even though I've only had enough free time for a quick glance through the pics there are so many (532!!) that I just look at and think "is that really me!" You have both created a brilliant dressing service, I felt so at home when I arrived (wish it was my home it's a gorgeous house) and you are both so lovely to talk to that I didn't feel in the least bit nervous... even with the complete change in looks I decided to go for. Not sure about a natural behind the lens, I think it was Tim’s directions that made that possible... 'if it hurts it will make a great shot' seemed a strange mantra but definitely works. My usual modeling/photo attempts are shotgun like, I take picture after picture till I find one I like. On this occasion, with your help, that's most of them. Thanks once again for everything, it was a wonderful day and I really don't know where the time went... maybe I should have booked an overnight stay or a night out as well (Definitely with that last outfit which I loved.) I sent my partner a copy of a picture Tim had taken and she was "blown-away" by it and couldn't believe it was me. I think I was right when I said that she would be more receptive if she saw a good image. And, I have tacit approval for another visit so it may be working already. As a first timer my impressions are as follows: The atmosphere you created was perfect, you made me feel welcome, normal and valued. The quality of the garments was outstanding which added greatly to the whole experience. The make-over session was fun and incredible, for me not having had make-up applied before, I learnt so much. Can I also say again what an awesome makeover you gave me JoJo....I think I'm pretty good at my own makeup but what you did with my eyes was amazing and it was such a shame to wipe everything off at the end of the night (next morning!). I cannot really express how much I thank you and I owe you for this weekend!!! Both of you gave me such a special care, that I really felt it came from the heart, and I felt like a star, princess - actually during the shoot I really felt like a model, which was such a great and deep experience (I fully understand what attracts the girls doing the model-job, although mine certainly has been much more relaxing...). It has been the way you looked at me from the very beginning of make-up - when one would think to really look ludicrous - to the final result, which made me be the girl I always wanted to be: Just to name some, Tim special and warm-hearted care for the details when dressing up (the little buttons and the nails...), JoJo’s targeted look for "the style". And until here I am not even talking about how I looked. Everything I did before seems "amateurish", I cannot believe, actually, I looked like a REAL girl on the pictures! What has been to astonishing for me, and I liked most, is that you make be look just like a top-trendy girl. I think that is also the difference to some other "dressing-services" around London, who simply to not have that feeling, I guess. One other thing, which made this weekend so fantastic, is that I had the feeling that it was much, much more than just you doing your job, but I could see the joint passion of you both. It puts a smile on my face, when I saw you both working and, obviously, living in such a harmony and "in sync".

Thank you so much for a simply fantastic afternoon - I just loved the looks and as for going blonde - well, what can I say. Over the past 25 odd (very odd actually!) years I have been to other London dressing services a few times and I can honestly say that yours surpasses everything by a country mile! You are both lovely people, genuine and honest and made us both feel very welcome, I don't really need a dressing service per say any more but I wanted to experiment and try something different - and different it was!!!! I loved it!!!!! If I can do anything to help or recommend you both then you have only to ask. Firstly, thanks so much for yesterday, it was really wonderful to meet two such lovely people, so friendly and chilled - I felt totally comfortable straight away. You gave me an amazing experience, and for making me look - and feel - so fab I really can't say 'thanks' and 'wow' enough! It's been a long time coming but I've known for a while that I want to integrate this all in to my life much better and yesterday's really helped me on that road. So you two can charge me therapist fees next time too! All the tips and tricks were exactly what I needed too after all these years of fumbling through with make-up books and trial and error.
