Terms of Use
Agreement between user and THE FOURTH SPACE
The FOURTH SPACE website is comprised of various web pages operated by THE FOURTH SPACE. THE FOURTH SPACE website is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of THE FOURTH SPACE website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

Modification of these Terms of Use
THE FOURTH SPACE reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which THE FOURTH SPACE website is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of THE FOURTH SPACE website.

Services provided
Services provided by the fourth space do not involve sexual services of any kind. We provide services to clients who wish to have professional make overs, image overs and photoshoot opportunities. Anyone requesting anything other than those services offered by the fourth space may be asked to leave under the owners supervision.
The fourth space will provide every effort to provide the services outlined on its website. However clients who have for example excessive facial hair, and who clearly restrict the fourth space to work within certain parameters will be restricted in the end results.

Refunds and Cancellations
Full Refunds of deposits will be given based on 48 hours notice prior to the appointment time made by the customer with The Fourth Space. Less than 48 hours notice customers will have the option to credit their deposit towards another Fourth Space service. The Fourth Space reserves the right to withhold all deposits if cancelled for services requiring third parties eg. Photographers, make up artists and other third party agents who have specifically booked time out to provide their services. If the third party can fill the time slot reserved by The Fourth Space the refund given will be at the decision of the owners of The Fourth Space. Refunds within 48 hours of an apointment may be given based on the circumstances of the client under the owners of the fourth space discretion.
Cancellations made by the fourth space with its clients will entitle a client to a full refund of the deposit or the option of the deposit to be credited towards another service if agreed by the client.

Deposits
Deposits equivalent to 50% of the full service fee that is booked are required in advance. These funds are payable either via cheque or via electronic transfer. Please see the refunds and cancellation policy above.

Payments
Once a 50% deposit has been paid the fourth space will require the final balance payable on arrival at the apointment.

The Linked Sites are not under the control of THE FOURTH SPACE and THE FOURTH SPACE is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. THE FOURTH SPACE will not be held liable for any incident occurring to a client out of the fourth space’s control. Accidents or incidents occurring to a client during an apointment with the fourth space will not entitle a client to claim negligence or damages to the fourth space. All clients will be responsible for their own actions including incidents or accidents occurring during their use of wearing high heeled shoes, wigs and other unfamiliar items of clothing. Clients partake in dressing and acting as a member of the opposite sex at their own risk. The fourth space will make every reasonable effort to ensure the safety of their clients. If clients become intoxicated through alcohol or drugs the fourth space can hold no responsibility in incidents or accidents which arise from these substances.
